Can I use anything besides salt in the Bug-A-Salt?

NO! Using other substances will cause problems with your gun. Warranty is voided if other substances are used.

Is the gun dangerous?

No, only if misused: Do not shoot anyone in face or eyes. Treat it with respect like any firearm. It will not penetrate skin or damage furniture.

What kind of salt does it use?

Ordinary table salt from your local super market.

Will the salt splatter the bug?

No, the bug will remain whole for easy clean up.

How much salt does the gun shoot?

A pinch of salt.

What if my gun breaks?

If the trouble shooting doesn’t help, you’re in luck! Lorenzo stands by our product and we take our 1-year warranty policy against factory defects seriously.

If you are past 1-year. On a case by case basis, we do our best to take care of any issues our customers are having.

Please do not disassemble your BUG-A-SALT or do something stupid like put sand in it, as this will void our warranty policy.

    Spot on 👍

    A absolutely love it. I have bought the gold digger, The advanced combat blast and two laser sights. And I never thought they would ever be a day where I’ve been annoyed that there are no flies now that’s funny. I’m looking forward to when the Widowmaker becomes available in Australia. I have also got to work colleagues to buy them. So with saying that, what’s the chances of getting a discount on the Widowmaker it would be greatly appreciated. I’m going to get it anyway but a discount would be nice. They are a definite, must buy

    Sodium Safari's in the land of the flies

    Can't heap enough praise on this amazing pest control tool. Everyone hates flies but not everyone is a fan of fly spray. It can be toxic, it smells and it leaves marks. I have a large amount of white tiles throughout my home and if you sprayed something you would have to wipe up afterwards. The Bug-A-Salt is well built and environmentally friendly but most of all.... it's bloody good fun! 😃

    All Gunz Blazing

    As an American citizen I enjoy sending my Ozzy mates guns they can use in their homes. As a fair dinkem Australian citizen I share in the joy me-mates experience with a Bug-A-Salt gun in their hands while they destroy blow flies with great gusto. Few nations on Earth deserve Bug-A-Salt weapons more than Australia, where flies are a plague. Hence the iconic Ozzy salute and wine cork bottle bucket hats. Everyone loves their bad-ass bug assault gun. Good onya Bug-A-Salt. It's the perfect present for all your Australian friends, or just randoms for that matter.

    This thing is awesome

    Finally you can get those pesky flies mozzies. Wasps and even hornets (I have yet to kill a hornet outright yet, but the gun very effectively stuns them, then they drop to the floor making it easy to dispatch them with a heavier item)

    You need this! We use it as well as having an electric bug zapper. No more bugs now.
